Highland whisky includes a huge range of tasting notes and it can be tough to pin down a Highland dram when compared side by side to other whiskies from different regions.
Although the southern Highland whiskies are known to be a bit sweeter and lighter on the palate, all of the distilleries on this tour have something which makes them unique, often due to their owners having connections to some pretty impressive cask stock.

- Depart Edinburgh at 8:30am.
- Visit one Highland distilleries and join their tours, have some whisky samples and enjoy the surroundings of the Scottish Highlands.
- Drive back to Edinburgh
- Return around 12:15pm
